Town / City List

This list is for People who are looking for a good town or city to settle in but cant seem to find one.
Please Reply to this if you have built a town that has all the Warp Criteria. You dont neeed to have the residents.
Please List Infomation about the Town. follow this Template.
Town Name:
Mayor/Owner:
Co-Owner/Co-Mayor(If there is one):
Type of Town:
Rank Requirement:
If Possible, Picture of Town would be great.
Town Type can be: A Free layout, just build anywhere around the town centre.
A Structured Layout, Set Roads and Plots and people cant exceed those plots.
Other, Any Other Layout type. Please Explain in the Template reply.
Rank Requirement can be like Mod+ Admin+ Vip+ Builder only etc.
P.S. A Town is a good thing to get you noticed by Myself(Robbo) and other higher ranks. As it attracts people and can be easily expandable.

Type of Town:Other, A Natural Place With hardly any buildings. Bridges to different places Cut through the air.
Rank Requirement:Admin+
Other Infomation: Warp command is /spawn and it has a wonderful shop for buying stuff.

Type of Town: Feriendly? I took it from the SNES game Super Mario RPG. There is still 1 lot to build a house, There are 2 rooms in the castle and there is a Inn for travelers. There is also a shop!! go take a look! (Btw would love to have a warp password or something!)
